STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN USAHA KERAMBA JARING APUNG DI KOPERASI BONTANG “ETA MARITIM” KOTA BONTANG (Business Development Strategy For Floating Net Cages At The Bontang Eta Maritim Cooperative, Bontang City)

The purpose of this study was to analyze the business development strategy for floating net cages at Bontang Eta Maritim Cooperative, City. Floating are modern fish farming containers and commonly found in Indonesian waters. This used a purposive sampling method, collecting primary data using interview questionnaire techniques. Secondary obtained from library sources related research. Data analysis descriptive Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Using AHP priority proposals marine strategies cooperatives were by strengthening facilities infrastructure (0.43), with alternative provision seeds (0.60), second that must be strengthened is institutional (0.35), providing technical guidance (0.30), last thing human resources (0.22) cultivation training (0.55).
